We are retiring “WorklogPRO Companion App”

Our Jira timesheet application, WorklogPRO, has been developed using Atlassian’s new Forge framework. Initially, Forge lacked several features present in the older Connect framework, requiring us to create a companion app using Connect. This app allowed us to disable Jira’s built-in time-tracking features by tricking Jira into thinking an external timesheet provider was being used.

However, Forge has now been updated to support specifying a time-tracking provider directly, eliminating the need for a separate app. As a result, we are removing the “WorklogPRO Companion” app from the marketplace. It will not be available after 10th of July 2025. You can simply uninstall the app and select “WorklogPRO” as your time-tracking provider. You will not lose any functionality or data.
